Sparkle of Life: Breathe into Joy! 10. November 2024, 17:00 bis 20:00
Join for soulful breathwork journey to cultivate joy, positivity and light to beautiful live soundscapes!
Guided by your own breath and Da Terra's live hypnotic soundscapes, Petra and Simone will lead through this breathwork session using the conscious, connected breath. Breathe into the sparkle of your life, experience a deeper connection to your body, release tension and negativity, and leave with a sense of joy, positivity and light. Da Terra (Paulo & Rekalize) will create a harmony of sounds to deepen the breathwork experience and participants' connection to themselves and the vibrancy of life around them.
Breathwork leads to improved physical and mental health, connects us to our inner wisdom and expands our consciousness. Previous experience is not necessary; you will be guided throughout the session. Come curious, open minded and exactly as you are!
The event is in English; German translation of the important points is possible, if needed.
PLEASE BRING: yoga mat, comfortable loose clothes in which you can breathe freely, and a water bottle. Optional: small pillow, eye mask, blanket, journal.
It is best to breathe on an empty, but not grumbling stomach. Doors open at 16:30 - please arrive at least 10 min. before start!
